We are currently in need of a Recruitment Coordinator / Intern to assist our Executive team in all talent acquisition efforts and providing support for daily recruitment activities. ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Duties:
Assist the Partners with all recruiting-related functions, projects, hiring and execution of talent acquisition strategy that aligns with firm’s staffing and talent needs.
Own the creation, posting and maintenance of all job postings on firm website, job boards, niche websites and other hiring sources.
Ensure job opportunities are posted on relevant social media websites (i.e LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Participate in entry-level recruiting process including sourcing, phone screening, selecting, interviewing and scheduling candidates for interviews and related follow up.
Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with developing and deploying training related to interviewing, hiring and onboarding talent.
Assist with recruitment outreach and developing and building a diverse candidate pipeline and executing strategies.
Maintain appropriate records and documentation of recruitment and other employment activities, decisions and efforts in an organized and thorough fashion.
RequirementsRecent graduate and/or currently enrolled in a college or university.
Business related major/degree a plus.
Responsible and Independent
Ability to work on your own and unsupervised.
Ability to display initiative in independently sharing and updating information on a timely basis.
Must possess a professional ability to communicate with all levels of the firm, including senior partners and leadership. Ability to build rapport with employees, vendors, candidates, internal firm resources and members of the community and collegiate programs in an effort to favorably represent the firm
Must be flexible with the ability to respond and adapt to changes and shifting priorities.
