Retail Commission Sales Associates
We are looking for candidates that have a solid work ethic, integrity, strong motivation and a great attitude to join our sales team. Candidates must have demonstrated sales aptitude, proven analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to identify sales prospects, deliver sales presentations, close sales and handle necessary follow-up.
Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule. Other qualifications for these positions include strong customer service skills, excellent communication and listening skills, professional, friendly and outgoing. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
