Responsibilities

-- SEO on a Wordpress website, keyword research, meta content recommendations, knowledge of off-page optimization techniques, traffic-sourcing, recognizing social signals, and providing on-site content recommendations. -- E-marketing using directories listings, possibly Google adwords and more. -- Help and/or create Wordpress blogs, article postings and (possibly) link building/ internal and external link-structures, and help to create and maintain online relationships. -- Set up/maintain/enhance our Facebook page, grow a Twitter following, and develop relationships on LinkedIn. Schedule: Internship is virtual and can be done from home. Duration is 3 months. We will meet in person twice a week for the first couple of weeks then once a week. Candidate should be prepared to devote +/-8 hours a week to the internship. Compensation The internship is unpaid. At the end of the internship, a letter of recommendation will be provided. The intern’s success will be tracked by Google Analytics--you will be allowed to keep and export progress in the form of a report, which may measurably improve your portfolio.
