DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Under moderate supervision, document, analyze and track project requirements. Responsible for design, documentation, validation and maintenance of efficient and effective process flows based on design phase requirements within a developed project management and department methodology and framework. Manage requirements traceability. Acts as liaison between business owners, development, technical, and data team specialists. Conducts specification gathering and refinement meetings with project teams on a routine and regular basis to review project requirements, deliverables, and timelines to determine organizational readiness. Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to assist in delivering functional requirements, not limited to GUI screen and interface designs. Review, investigate, and analyze discrepancies in the operation and performance of the application system and functionality for diagnosis and recommendations for a viable action plan for resolution of specified functionality. Perform routine testing and analyze builds for quality assurance measurements using specified guidelines and rating controls.
This position is physically comfortable; the individual has some discretion about walking, standing, etc.
Knowledge and experience of public sector courts operations and IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) certification desirable but not required.

Factors used in determining the salary offered include the candidate's qualifications as well as the pay rates of other employees in this classification. The salary range is:
