Responsibilities

-Must collaborate with their clients and prospects to "discover, diagnose, design and deliver" solutions that match a particular context and set of recruitment objectives. -Collaborate with team members -- in marketing, professional services, technical support and elsewhere -- to ensure that promised value propositions are effectively met. -Take responsibility for the results and experiences of their customers. -Set the stage for a compelling engagement and a continuing relationship based on relevancy, trust and respect. -Create a solid foundation on which to build a long-term, profitable relationship. -Pre-contact research of potential customers and their industry, the preparation of an engagement strategy, and the initial conversation with the prospective customer. -Understand how and why people and businesses change in order to put the customer in a position to make an informed, value-based decision. -Assist the customer in understanding their situation. -Help the customer create and understand solutions through collaborative and highly interactive efforts. -Help customers sort through their expectations and alternatives to arrive at the optimal solutions. -Work with customers to identify optimal solutions to uncovered advertising needs -Create a solution framework that best solves the customers’  advertising needs and manages their expectations. -Prepare and present formal proposals. -Implement and support solutions with measurement of the financial impact and evaluation of the results. -Maintenance and expansion of the team's relationship with the customer. -Organizes, plans, and schedules utilization of time to provide optimum effective sales coverage. -Document sales stages, opportunities, notes and other activities in customer relationship manager.   

Requirements

Experience Passion for Music / Movie or Fashion, Sales, Consulting, Proposals and/or Project Management experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of industry terminology is helpful. Education Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred. Qualifications -Strong phone communication Skills - Ability to create presentations in Word, Excel and PowerPoint -Has strong organizational skills. -Additional experience using CRM tools helpful (i.e. Salesforce, Basecamp, ect). -High School diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree desired. ** Preferred Applicants** - A minimum of two years inside or outside sales experience in advertising sales media. - Knowledge of the Social Media Advertising Industry or Web 2.0 Advertising is a huge plus! - Entrepreneurial spirit to achieve established individual revenue and new business market share goals - Holds a Hunter mentality for finding and developing new business prospects. *A strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, internet savvy and great attention to detail are keys to success!* Our sales staff receives ongoing sales training and opportunities to work with the latest in media and technology.
