DescriptionSales Administrative Assistant
The Sales Administrative Assistant role, under general direction, provides administrative support for the Field Sales Organization of the client. The daily activities include, but are not limited to, the processing of phone calls, documentation, presentations, travel arrangements, customer meeting and event coordination, mail processing, special projects, reporting and procurement activities.
Requirements· High School Diploma or Equivalent· 3-5 Years of Administrative Support Experience· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsibilities· Perform general administrative tasks as requested· Coordinate meetings and events· Coordinate travel (both domestic and international)· Answer calls from both internal and external clients· Manage Outlook inbox with efficiency and organization· Manage calendars for multiple individuals simultaneously· Submit expense reports on behalf of multiple sellers, including coordinating receipt submission and business explanation of expenses· Ensure expense reports are submitted by deadlines· Document tasks in the clients application database daily· Take ownership for project initiatives
Job Details· Long Term Indefinite Temporary Assignment· $20.00 an hour· Monday ? Friday 40 hours per week· 8am ? 5pm
