Exciting Intern Position in Intel's IT Customer Capability organization to help manage Intel's social sales collaboration transformation. Candidate will work with Sales Marketing stakeholders to transform how Intel collaborates on sales objectives. Activities include:
-Answer community questions about tool usage and point out common usage models/BKM's.
-Define, gather monitor usage adoption/metrics - communicate metrics to program team and work to design and deploy new adoption methods.
-Identify new communities and engage stakeholders to globally align duplicate communities.
-Engage with work groups to present training material, answer questions and help in deployment.
-Write guides for new features and usage models.
-Work with stakeholders to write new agile user stories.
Software user testing and feedback.
Actively pursuing an MS degree in MIS, CIS or equivalent.
Studies in Sales Marketing, Social Collaboration or IT Collaboration soluitions a plus.
Metrics and Analytics experience.
Bias for learning and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without sponsorship.
