Associate's responsibilities will include: • Active outreach to hospitals, social workers, case managers, and the community to increase referrals for in-home care and placement. • Establishing positive relationships with assisted living communities. • Working with prospective clients to understand their needs, communicate our capabilities, and arrange for in-home care or placement. • Maintaining good relationships with clients and their family members.
