BlockBeacon is looking for an energetic sales and marketing intern to help forge relationships with local businesses and consumers and covert them into users of our hyper-local social media publishing platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands on, early stage marketing and startup experience in the mobile, hyper-local marketing space.
Responsibilities
- Develop hands on skills in executing a marketing plan at a social media marketing startup
- Work collaboratively on marketing material creation
- Support product development efforts by participating in competitive analysis
- Manage social media presence via Twitter and Facebook
- Interact directly with customers, influencers, and end users to help them understand product benefits versus alternatives
- Be the voice of our target customers within BlockBeacon and educate our product and engineering teams about market needs and interests
Requirements

-A passion for staying on top of industry trends and technology
