DescriptionWyle is looking for an experience Schedule Analyst to add to our team. The Chosen candidate will support program offices in all aspects of schedule analysis, including schedule quality assessment, critical path analysis, risk assessment, baseline stability determination, progress assessment and evaluation of remaining work, forecasting of completion dates through ‘what-if’ analysis, identification of trends and mitigation strategies, and continually integrating information in support of the customer's Information Technology Services decision-making process. Duties include but are not limited to: Conduct schedule quality assessment; Progress assessment and activity duration analysis; Baseline vs. forecast assessment; Realism and achievability of project milestones; Critical path and near critical path analysis and trends; Conduct and evaluation of schedule risk analysis; Integration of schedule data with cost and technical information; Develop contract performance management information for the customer's monthly review.
Education: Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years relevant experience in earned value management or 7 years of relevant experience in earned value management in lieu of degree
Experience: Demonstrated experience in the areas of earned value analysis of Information Technology (IT) and mission processing programs. Demonstrated experience developing and reporting the earned value status of multiple systems and programs. Demonstrated experience conducting earned value analyses that involve complex technical parameters, acquisition and logistics requirements, constraints, procurement and business principles and similar project-influencing factors. Demonstrated experience in evaluating estimates-to-complete utilizing various methodologies. Demonstrated experience in Cost Performance Report (CPR) or Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Data Item Description (DID); Contract Fund Status Report DID and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) /Electronic Industry Alliance (EIA 748 latest version. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in earned value analytical techniques. Experience in development of training materials, and supporting technical and management briefings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (wInsight). Knowledge budget and financial processes and tools is desired. PMP, DAU or other certifications are desired but not required.
Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the past five years is required in addition to a current CI Polygraph.
