DescriptionThis position is designed to give interns real-world experience handling/managing contracts, leading an offshore team, and implementing strategies around the growth of the BidWilly Inc. This is an opportunity of a life-time that is being made available during the 2013-2014 semesters.
This is a virtual position. Work can be done from home-based office.
The purpose of this position is to identify candidates for full-time employment. 1 in 8 interns will be offered full-time positions upon graduation.
BidWilly, Inc. is a privately held company recently voted as one of Orlando Florida's top companies by the Orlando Business Journal. BidWilly is dedicated to handling contract negotiations and service management for HOAs, Community Associations (CAs), and homeowners. Our involvement in this area helps to foster enormous savings to communities and homeowners while in turn creating more job opportunities for small businesses.
Responsibilities- manage contractors by insuring they are performing accordingly based on the guidelines provided.
-manage a virtual helpdesk team and coordinate different strategies for resolving customer complaints and/or issues.
- develop strategies that will aide in winning new contracts by contacting local HOAs etc.
- make calls to customers and/or contractors when needed.
Requirements- good writing skills
- good telephone etiquette
- well spoken
- maintains atleast a 2.0 GPA in all coursework
