Description
Owner is building a national web presence for her writing, consulting and music. She's interested in hiring an intern to assist with the development and execution of social media marketing initiatives and with the editing and re-purposing of pre-existing articles for posting on websites.
Intern will be responsible for regularly posting comments, resources and articles at owner's instruction. They will be responsible for researching outlets for article placement, identification of relevant online mustic industry websites and services and the development of a library of music resources.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute online marketing and advertising campaigns using relevant websites and social media.Must edit and repurpose pre-existing articles in psychology and on relationship issues for distribution across the web.Must research and post to relevant blogs. Must make daily and weekly posts on a predetermined schedule to relevant social media and websites.Collaborate with the owner on a daily basis regarding what has been accomplished.Fulfill administrative functions related to the development of owner's online business and web presence.
Requirements
Must have excellent knowledge of social networking sites, blogs, online article directories and websites related to the music industry and psychology.Must have the ability to develop strategic online marketing campaigns using social media. Must be an excellent writer with a portfolio of online and print writing publications in the area of psychology and relationships.Must be organized, responsible, ambitious and able to work quickly and follow instructions. Must demonstrate independant initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive research in targeted areas. Provide links to social networking profiles.
