DescriptionWe are looking for a social media guru who has an interest in human resources and wants to be a community manager. We have one of the largest groups on LinkedIn (#43 over 99,000 members) and need someone to help us moderate this group (and others that we run). If you have a passion for social media, like to try new things, take risks, and ask forgiveness vs. permission this is the role for you.
-Respond to questions
-Develop and implement best practices
-Test, try, experiment, take risks, push the community
-Deploy new functionallity
-Setup community standards and guidelines
-Most importantly - Do the right thing, be creative, and make a difference!
Requirements- Provide links to 1-3 social networking profiles to demonstrate interest and knowledge
- Possess skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management
