Description
The task of the social media content developer is to maintain all social media profiles of Adiree and Africa Fashion Week New York (AFWNY). The SMCD tasks involves blogging one post daily involving African Fashion, Beauty, Public Relations, and posts that relate to what Adiree offers as a company.
Responsibilities
Maintain both Adiree Blog and AFWNY blog (One post a day for each blog is essential)
Maintain all social media profiles of Adiree/AFWNY: Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, and Instagram.
Requirements
Must have your own laptop (pc and/or mac)
WordPress Developer *(definitely plus as this will qualify you for a stipend)
Immaculate Writer (Press Releases, Articles, Blog Posts, Tweets, etc)
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
Proven ability to execute from concept to completion
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and quick-changing work environment
Team player with a passion for design, positive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit
