We have a constant flow of content that we spread across several social and media platforms. The right candidate will ensure optimal engagement, social impact, and relationship building with fan communities across our properties in social media.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: • Take full on ownership and responsibility for the social media department • Create engaging and strategic content for social channels, including: Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, Youtube, Instagram, Google+, etc. • Build manage creative marketing campaigns and strategies • Brainstorm and pitch “hooks” for each social media portal and our fans, leveraging partnership and content opportunities with internal groups and external partners • Understand objectives and the ability to craft effective social media communication strategies to meet goals. • Collaborate with multiple internal departments including, creative, development, graphics, editing, etc… • Seek out and develop organic relationships with prospective partners • Research the latest trends in social media and online marketing • Identify new growth opportunities for social marketing • Ongoing analysis of competitor social programs

Qualifications: • Passion for social media • Minimum 2-3 years Social Media experience • Attention to detail and superior organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience working in a dynamic team environment • Strong networking and presentation skills • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team • Knowledge of basic HTML & photo editing is plus
