SimplySenia.com was established in 2012 and features content relevant to tweens, teens, and parents. Senia is Dangerous Lee’s daughter and the website also highlights her art, educational accomplishments, book reviews and other cool things that Senia shares as she grows up to become a woman.

PantiesUpSkirtDown.com features sexual health and lifestyle news and was created in 2009 to promote Dangerous Lee’s book, Keep Your Panties Up and Your Skirt Down, as well as safer sex practices.

Responsibilities

Coordinate online marketing, advertising campaigns, and day-to-day activities at The Dangerous Lee News & Entertainment Network. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.

Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on articles you find of interest at the site, and seeding content into social applications as needed.

Create and/or take part in a Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about The Dangerous Lee News & Entertainment Network.

Team Player, Public relations, Marketing, Sales, Community Management experience a plus.
Report on effectiveness of campaigns.

Monitor trends in social media.

Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media.

Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations.

Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule.

Understand how social media impacts search traffic.

Example of daily schedule:

Scan world and entertainment news websites for viral articles, blog posts, photos, or videos that would appeal to the DangerousLee.Biz demographic to reblog via DangerousLee.Biz along with your own commentary (300 words or less).

Publish an original blog via DangerousLee.Biz (300 words or less).

Scan DangerousLee.Biz, PantiesUpSkirtDown.com, and SimplySenia.com for past articles to comment on and share on Facebook and Twitter. Use #DangerBaby hash tag with name at end, example - #DangerBabyErin.

Promote my book, Keep Your Panties Up and Your Skirt Down.

Promote items in Dangerous Lee Mall and suggest new additions.

Promote The D List and DangerBabies.net to increase participants.

Engage the Facebook and Twitter community by replying to messages or comments and posting new content.

Record impromptu vlog featuring random conversations with friends, family, or unknown people regarding an article that appears at DangerousLee.Biz, PantiesUpSkirtDown.com, SimplySenia.com, or your topic of choice that will appear on You Tube (Dangerous Lee TV) if satisfactory.

Report daily work completed to Dangerous Lee for review, feedback, and any additions.

Requirements


Provide links to 1-3 social networking profiles to demonstrate interest and knowledge

Has had a continuous professional presence in the Social Media space (via blogs, Twitter, Facebook or other platforms) for at least two years

Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the Social Media space, including usage and demographic statistics for the most popular/relevant platforms as well as a few niche platforms of his/her choice

Impeccable communications skills. Writes conversationally.

Have a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, MS Office Suite, and Basic HTML

Understands the breadth of tools and methods at his/her disposal to set goals and measure success in the Social Media space. (Toolkit is not limited to Google analytics.)

Demonstrate a high level of proficiency working with popular Social Media platforms and apps such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WordPress, Pinterest and Tumblr

Cite examples of companies with successful social media programs and companies with ineffective social media programs. Can also argue comfortably why each was either successful or unsuccessful
