Description
Fashion accessory/jewelry company seeking interns for Fall/Winter 2012. While the intern will be expected to focus on marketing/social media tasks, she will gain experience in many facets of a small entrepreneurial business.
Responsibilities
- Consistently monitor/improve existing social media profiles and communication (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Blog, LinkedIn)
- Increase fan base on social media platforms and increase brand awareness
- Contact Bloggers to review product
- Contribute innovative ways to promote brand
- Perform occasional administrative duties as needed
- Possibility to work weekend/evening trunk shows
Requirements
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of social media platforms
- Responsible and reliable undergraduate student
- Ability to manage one's own time once project is assigned
- Marketing, Journalism, or Communications major a plus
- Interest in fashion accessories/jewelry
