Description

• Assist in developing and migrating Applications that uses Nuance’s speech technology.
• Assist in developing and enhancing automation testing tools
• Provide support to the network administrators during product deployment and any additional Tier III support.
• Should be an enthusiastic learner and contributor.

The intern/temp employee will learn about numerous Speech & SaaS technologies during the course of his stay. Position has possibility of going temp to perm.

Required Skills:

• Experience with C/C++ and Java development.
• Experience with Perl/Python/Shell scripting.
• Experience with Oracle/MySQL
• Experience in Software Testing
• Ability to work independently as well as be a part of a small, fast-paced, highly motivated team.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Web application development is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience or Interest in working with speech recognition systems

Education:

• BS/MS in CS/EE

The On-Demand Core Engineering Group has an opening for an entry level Software Engineer (or intern) to join our team in developing and migration of On-Demand Voice Applications.? The Software Engineer will help develop and integrate existing in-house tools along with implementing new exciting ones. The candidate should have a strong desire to contribute to the project's development, and be motivated to grow professionally in an exciting and fast-paced environment.? Position is a 9 month assignment with potential to become full-time role.
