Responsibilities
Assist with business formations (corporations and LLCs)
Assist with drafting of documents related to purchase and sales of businesses
Assist with immigration law filings
Act as interpret for Spanish speaking clients
Legal research on business and immigration law topics
Draft articles on current issues in business and immigration law
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English
Great organizational skills
