Description

This position requires fluency in Spanish and English and will be supporting IRS/Tax Season customers in addition to banking customer/client questions.

Responds to a high volume of inquiries about FIS's products and services by following standard scripts and procedures in an inbound call center environment. Main duties include, but are not limited to: assisting customers with making payments. locating and resolving problems related to transactions, customer profile maintenance and providing general customer service support over the telephone.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates effective phone behavior when dealing with internal and external customers. Is able to handle a high volume of calls as appropriate for job and resolve a targeted number of those calls. Demonstrates the ability to navigate through various computer applications and software to resolve customer needs. Recognizes the importance of customer satisfaction and works to build customer satisfaction daily.

Requirements

Complexity of Work: Generally routine; established precedents; practices and procedures exist.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1-2 years experience in a customer service-related position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Office products, ability to navigate through the Internet, multiple computer applications and software, type 35wpm
