Organization for International Cooperation
DescriptionFounded in July 1984, OIC is a non-profit, non-partisan foreign relations research and advocacy organization. We advocate the use of cutting-edge services to support government and multilateral institution officials in their pursuit of peace and cooperation on all challenges.
Humanity is faced today with terrorists in numerous countries, terrorists seeking Weapons of Mass Destruction, tensions between nuclear armed states, numerous conflicts in the Middle East and in Africa, the abuse of human rights as well as trafficking in weapons, women and drugs.
To make it possible for foreign policymakers and all other officials to attain breakthroughs in these serious challenges, our work is to promote the use of proven and transformational programs that will support their ability to identify what is missing in their policies and negotiations. They will then be able to produce breakthrough results.
Interns support our outreach by initiating contacts with officials and experts in the US and around the world. Other tasks involve social media, recruiting, research and publicity.

2-Special Assistants also pursue discussions with members of other NGOs focused on global issues to develop their interest in our work. This is also a critical task because we need their advice, contacts and other forms of support.
