Description

PeopleQuest Inc is looking for qualified energetic entry-level interns to join our team. This is a great opportunity to to learn the ropes of the recruiting/staffing industry, earn extra money and earn college credits as well. Interns should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of recruiting and staffing.
We currently need interns in our Glendale, CA and Alexandria, VA offices and will consider additional interns to work remotely.

Group interview calls are being scheduled now for Monday June 3, 2013 and Tuesday June 4, 2013 at 2:30pm PST

All resumes will be reviewed and email invites will be sent to those whose responses match the qualifications and requirements listed below.

Internship does have the opportunity to convert to a permanent position upon completion.

Responsibilities

*Assist recruiters with sourcing new candidates
*Review and correct candidate resumes with any spelling, grammatical, or formatting errors
*Mine for resumes using resume databases and other tools
*Review and filter incoming resumes
*Review and correct candidate resumes with any spelling, grammatical, or formatting errors
*Research new sources for candidates
*Administer screening tests to candidates as needed
*Maintain candidate database

Requirements

*Must be extremely internet savvy
*Previous experience doing research on the web is a plus
*Smart self-starter who takes initiative
*Super organized and detail oriented
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*High energy, positive attitude
*Ability to work in a team environment
*Strong computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel
*Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are a must
*Must have effective time management skills
*Must be able to attend weekly phone meetings
*Must be comfortable with thinking outside of the box
*Must be punctual, reliable, and have the ability to adapt well to an ever-changing environment with new possibilities
