Responsibilities

Tasks include supporting the department management and staff in the performance and completion of assigned staffing resources work to include: - Assisting in gathering and analyzing new survey/feedback data (e.g. Customer Satisfaction Survey and Exit Questionnaire) - Assisting in developing new interview guidelines for Staffing - Assisting with Summer Intern Program coordination - Research industry best practices for Staffing - Participate in social media meetings/events as appropriate

Requirements

Undergraduate junior/senior student majoring in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. Essential elements for this position are the ability to develop clear and concise written guidelines/instructions and the ability to articulate results of work performed to Staffing Resources management and staff. Ability to gather and analyze survey data preferred. A working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within time frames as established by department management.
