Compensation: $350 stipend, plus a waiver of the Familius Family International Film Festival fee.

Hours: 10 per week, but those hours may be scheduled around school and other activities (we're trying to make it simple).

Location: Flexible. All of your work can be done at home and on your own time. Regular meetings and communications will be done through Skype and email.

ABOUT FAMILIUS:

Welcome to a place where mothers are celebrated, not compared. Where heart is at the center of our families, and family at the center of our homes. Where boo boos are still kissed, cake beaters are still licked, and mistakes are still okay. Welcome to a place where books—and family—are beautiful. Familius was founded in 2012 with the intent to align the founders’ love of publishing and family with the digital publishing renaissance which occurred simultaneous with the Great Recession. The founders believe that the traditional family is the basic unit of society, and that a society is only as strong as the families that create it. Familius’ mission is to help families be happy. We produce print books, digital books, apps, articles, and a daily blog, all centered around achieving that mission. From cook books to children's literature, how-to helps for parents to interesting family memoirs, we hope everything we make will strengthen families around the world. We invite you to join with us and founding president Christopher Robbins—former CEO of Gibbs Smith publishing—to help families be happy.
