Our client, a litigation boutique law firm, located in south Denver is looking for an office services/administrative assistant to support the office manager and the facilities function. Job duties will include but would not be limited to, legal record keeping, assisting with the accounting function, updating and controlling the database, mail processing, office facilities support, assisting with written correspondence preparation, receptionist relief, kitchen duty, and just assist the administrator as needed. 2 plus years of general administrative assistant experience with a law firm or legal department would be highly preferred. Advanced computer skills and the ability to work overtime occasionally after work as well as over the weekend, are required for this position. You will be working with a great group of people.
