SAIFF is looking for a strong Symfony application developer to work on the development of new features and products related to the a new Movie website which will allows users to Rent, Buy, and Stream movies, utilizing the current assets and development of the new content delivery platform.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Analyze, design and develop database-driven applications using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL. Work with the development team and product managers to develop plugins for our Custom Built and/or WordPress CMS. Research, analyze, implement and integrate new mechanisms and technologies within an interactive online environment.
Requirements
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years developing object-oriented PHP and MySQL
- Demonstrated use of Symfony 1 and Doctrine 1
- Experience with AJAX/Jquery
Additionally, candidates must:
- Experience with streaming media
- Experience building mobile/facebook apps
- Experience with CodeIgniter
- Experience with Flash
