DescriptionSpace system technical assessment in support of cost estimating and program analysis functions. Risk analysis, statistical analysis of program cost data, economic analysis of key indices, parametric cost analysis, data collection and normalization, system architecture trade studies, model development, special studies, technology readiness level analysis.
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Degree(s) in Engineering, Math, Economics, Statistics, Science or Operations Research are highly favored. A Master's degree is desired.
Experience: Selected candidate is required to have three (3) to ten (10) years experience performing system engineering trade studies, system analysis, architecture studies, Life Cycle Cost Estimates, cost estimating tool and model development, cost and technical data collection, cost risk analysis, and/or earned value management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Skills with cost estimating tools such as SEER/SEM, PRICE, @Risk are a plus.
Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the past five years is required in addition to a current CI Polygraph.
