The Team Coordinator Internship duties include working and coordinating with Administrative Assistants, Agents, Supervisors, and Managing Directors to assist in the day-to-day operations of running a successful and growing agency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to coding leads, making administrative phone calls, organizing business, scheduling appointments and interviews, setting and managing weekly goals and reviewing results, and contributing to our positive atmosphere.
Must have the necessary drive and energy to wake up every morning excited to better themselves and those around them. Experience or training in office management preferred but not necessary. Must be profficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and internet web browsers.
