These Help Desk Analyst roles are for someone with at least 2 years experience in a Help Desk or Global Service Desk environment. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.
This is a Microsoft environment with over 4600 users Globally. The Global Service Desk has a team of 20+ and is growing.
Average number of calls a day would be around 25-35
Responsible for handling incoming calls and emails into the global helpdesk support line.
Microsoft Office application support and troubleshooting on Windows 7,
XP and Mac.
Desktop hardware support and troubleshooting.
Citrix XenApp, VPN, Elite, Internet, Intranets, Extranets, FTP Sites,
FileZilla, Active Directory,Blackberry, IPhones, Androids, Ipads,
Metadata Assistant, AccuRoute, Document Management System (Hummingbird),
application support and troubleshooting.
Escalating tickets to 2nd tier departments as needed.
Thorough documentation of all Technical Support calls within the Cherwell database.
This is a M-F shift 8-5pm
