Description
Job Description:The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago currently has an opening for an Intern in the STREAM Technology Lab of the Supervision and Regulation department. The hired intern will provide support for bank examiner training classes. Activities will include re-imaging PC hard drives and applying software upgrades and patches to servers and managing/editing class recordings. This is a paid Internship, that will start immediately, with no determined end date. The scheduled hours will be determined and remain flexible around the department's needs and your needs as a student.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Assist with and support the bank examiner training classes
Re-imaging PC hard drives
Test the class hands-on lab scripts and update documentation as needed
Apply software upgrades and patches to servers and other systems.
Manage, edit and publish/archive class recordings.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:Major in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiarity with MS Office Products
Strong analytical and evaluative skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must have an excellent academic record
Experience with, or knowledge, Active Directory is a plus.
