POSITION:
The Technology Operations Intern will be based in the Los Angeles, CA office and will be assigned to projects that support Screenpushes Technology Operations Group. Technology Operations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the creation and scoping software systems, including coordinating integration activities, estimating integration costs, performing technology assessments, developing integration plans and leading integration activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General server management
General Wordpress setup and Creation
Mysql Database management
Day to Day Operational Decisions within the scope of IT Production Support
Recommend the purchase of Hardware/Software to support Business goals and objectives.
Make non-revenue impacting decisions in resolving Technical Support issues.
Coordinating technical discussions and scope.
Tracking and providing deliverable updates.
Assisting with project plan development.
Assisting with plan tracking and updates.
Requirements
Solid understanding of technology.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
Excellent organization, time management, and attention-to-detail.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
SharePoint experience is a plus.
Web design experience is a MUST.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work on several projects simultaneously, and meet assigned deadlines.
Verbal and written communication skills are extremely important in this position and you must be able to conduct a professional dialogue clearly and concisely.
Ability to work equally well on self-managed or team-orientated projects.
Prior internship or work experience is a plus
You MUST be able to furnish proof of citizenship, U.S. residency, or authorization to work full-time for any employer.
