Candidates will cold call business owners and decision makers, to determine the level of interest of the product and attempt to set appointments for our Client's Sales Executives. They will be calling businesses to find out who makes or influences technology purchases and qualifying those leads to submit to the clients sales staff. The goal is to uncover what type of equipment they currently have, identify any hardships they are having, and get an idea of their budget and a time frame for making new purchases.
Experience cold calling and generating leads
Professionalism because candidates will be interacting with management level contacts
2-3 years of Customer Service Experience
Business to Business sales experience is a plus
