Job description: For our client, we are currently looking for an intern for the following position in lanzarote, Canary island, Spain. This internship in the Canary Islands gives you the opportunity to enhance your Spanish skills as well as your professional work experience. Those internship programs are totally focused in the customer service and the interaction with guests at the company Internship tasks description Recurrent tasks : Customer Service Handle requests/inquiries received from our members, clients, and users via email, phone Provide support and help plan hotel stays for new and existing clients Invoices Attend call for reservations Student profile Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college degree program and eligible to earn internship credit. Training agreement (Stage avec convention de stage) is mandatory. It needs to be signed by the university, the host company and the student.
