The Practice Management Trainer/Analyst, implements and supports applications for the revenue cycle and scheduling system. This position provides end user support for all applications in revenue cycle, providing triage and troubleshooting assistance to the customers. The Practice Management Trainer/Analyst provides support to end-users through standardized processes, tools and curriculum for training, optimization, workflow analysis and testing, while working closely with IS and Operations as required. This position provides support at the site level and may be responsible for the day to day support of assigned department end users. This position monitors data quality, efficiency of use un operations and customer satisfaction, as well as assisting with specifications and documentation, testing and training of the applications. This position is the liasion between the clinics and IS support. The Practice Management Trainer/Analyst works withina highly matrixed environment to deliver support and services to assigned customers.
REQUIRED: equivalent of education and experience or degree in Business, Information Systems, or healthcare related field; experience with the Cadence/Prelude EPIC application; must be able and willing to travel as needed; must be able and willing to travel to various Sutter/PAMF locations; knowledge of training methodologies
PREFERRED: a minimum of three (3) years experience in healthcare; experience providing support, training and/or implementation support
