You will report directly to the CEO/founder, while also supporting the Director of Operations.

Your role includes the following:

+ Serve as a coordinator, organizer, and personal assistant to CEO/founder
+ Attend high-level meetings with CEO, take notes, and coordinate next steps
+ Manage CEO’s inbox, calendar, commitments, and correspondence
+ Coordinate schedules of meetings, travel, and organization-wide calendar
+ Write and/or edit wide-range of business communications pieces
+ Support biz development including discovery, proposal writing, and editing
+ Support workshop and presentation design including production process
+ Support Director of Operations in their tasks and responsibilities
+ Support administrative systems and internal program implementations
+ Synthesize data into well-designed presentation of information
+ Create templates, routines, and systems that lead to better efficiency
+ Compile reports and metrics on a variety of key functions
+ Contribute to creation of harmony and streamlined workflow

Key attributes and skills:

+ Willingness to learn continuously and be stretched out of your comfort zone
+ Master of checklists, routines, and time management (obsessively so)
+ Demonstrated ability to write, speak, and use language effectively
+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and other visual data reporting software
+ Experience with Keynote, presentation design, and basic graphics software
+ Comfort with online tools, Google Apps, project mgt. and social media
+ Passion to learn storytelling as it guides future of marketing and innovation
+ Disciplined practice of care for self, one’s relationships, and larger community

This is a full-time position. 1-4 years of previous executive level assistant experience in an agency (consulting, creative, or tech industry) or lean entrepreneurial environment is required. C-level executive assistant experience a plus. Candidates must be based in NYC.
