The Undergraduate Intern- IT pharmacy Claims will be assisting the Adjudication Quality Assurance Department.
The Adjudication QA department is involved with the testing of all Enterprise Claims Adjudication applications.
The Pharmacy Claims Intern will be exposed to QA Best practices and Industry standards, applications that involve some of the largest and most critical clients of CVS.
The Undergraduate Intern- Pharmacy Claims will be responsible for:
-Assisting in developing test cases from approved requirements for claims processing validation.
- Analyzing and document test results.
- Conducting testing and validation on projects.
- Participating in Test Results walkthroughs.
- Performing problem solving as it relates to errors and identifying root cause problems.
- Gathering data and information used in reporting internal metrics.
- Assisting in validating data in reports and metric.
- Assisting in conducting 1st pass analysis of data.
- Assisting in maintaining department and process documentation. Required Qualifications:
*Availability to work full time for duration of the 10 week program. *exposure to Java/.Net development *Self Starter *Strong Communication *Passion for metrics, analytics, and requirements gathering Preferred Qualifications:
