DescriptionBoutique public relations firm looking to hire an intern who can carry out clerical work and deals with correspondence and provides personal administrative support for CEO. The intern hired will assist CEO in areas that include but are not limited to clerical. Filing, organization, event coordinating, errands, cold calls, CEO calendar.
Responsibilities• Handling the daily activities of the CEO including reminders for phone calls, meetings, emails, letters and appointments. You are the initial eyes and ears.
• Scheduling Staff Meeting, Minute Keeper
• Staff support, Overseeing staff and client calendars
• Travel arrangements
• Preparing correspondence.
• Assists and completes tasks with and for Event Coordinating Staff
Requirements•Detail oriented , Self starter, Team player
•Possesses great foresight as it pertains to potential problems
•Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills
•Proficient in software systems for Windows and Mac including, Power Point, Excel and Word.
•Fast Learner, Easily adapts to change, Meets deadlines
•Available to communicate daily with 5-8 hours per week of work (minimum)
•Available for face-to-face or staff meeting(s) at least once/twice per week
•Should be able to talk the client’s language or English language fluently.
•Should be able to maintain confidentiality.
•Should know the art of how to plan and organize things.
•Should be able to finish work on time and be good at time management.
•Should have interpersonal skills.
•Should be reliable enough to bank upon him to carry out any work granted to him.
