DEVELOPER (CORP)

Pratt Industries is seeking a full time developer to join our applications team in Wichita, KS.

Responsibilities will include development of database and web applications, web services, interfaces, and integration with our growing environment.  This includes plant floor information technology, production scheduling systems, MES, demand planning and our core business systems.

Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience.  Some travel is required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science (or similar), upcoming degree completion, or equivalent work experience.

Linux/Unix/Windows Server environments.

Strong problem solving skills.

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.

Ability to work cooperatively in a fast paced team environment.

Candidate Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

Sybase Database & Sybase Development

Microsoft SQL Server / TSQL / .Net

Oracle Database and PLSQL

Shell scripting

Object-Oriented Programming skills with modern languages (.Net, Java, Java Web, SQL, PHP)

Experience with PLC programming, OPC, HMI configuration, instrumentation communication, programming languages, and relational databases.

Linux/Windows Server Administration

Knowledgeable in computer networking architectures, topologies and hardware.
