Primary objectives

• Function as the civil and layout engineer leader to support manager of engineering for project schedule and quality control, civil and layout discipline manpower assignment
• Function as the civil and layout engineer leader for civil and layout design quality control, civil and layout group training, technical development, code and standard study and application, civil and layout software application and management.
• Function as the civil and layout engineer leader for development and optimization of civil and layout design to meet client requirement, evaluation of civil and layout design input from client, check/review civil and layout design intermediate design output to other disciplines and final civil and layout document and drawings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines leader to support project design procedure
