Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced bookkeeper for our firm. This is a full-time position with the hours 9am to 6pm.

Job Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a solid ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Capability to learn new systems, processes and information quickly

  • Display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to interact well with clients, vendors, 3rd parties, co-workers, and management

  • Possess ability & dexterity to sort, alphabetize, organize and file documents
  • Competency to correctly apply double-entry bookkeeping principles

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Process invoices and recurring obligations
  • Input and process accounts payable/receivable

  • Reconcile bank accounts

  • Recording transactions such as wires and bank account transfers

  • Process payroll for clients’ employees

  • Accurately code disbursements and transactions

  • Prepares standard weekly cash reports

  • Maintains accurate daily cash balances
  • Generate financial reports

Job Qualifications:

  • 3 years of bookkeeping experience at minimum

  • Experience with Datafaction (preferred but not required)
