Health Flights Solutions is currently recruiting for a Customer Support/Admin position. This position is ideal for those who possess a background in business, healthcare, or customer support, are self-starters, can work independently, and have the desire to learn.
Responsibilities may include:
· Client Support
· Invoicing, record-keeping
· Assistance with proposals
· Market research/analysis
· Administrative duties
· Additional job duties as assigned
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong computer knowledge and skills, including in-depth expert knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while under pressure.
· Customer service oriented.
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to multi-task, and work with multiple or changing deadlines and priorities
· Strong work ethic
· Over-all positive attitude.
· Healthcare background preferred.
Desired Qualification and Requirements:
· Associates or Bachelors degree required
· 1 or more years of experience
