As General Manager, you have an ownership mentality. Your role is to lead your Team to deliver operational excellence in all aspects of the business including customer service, employee management, and financial results. General Managers set the tone and lead by example. You are expected to be an upbeat and active manager, running the floor and setting the standard for operations and customer service.

You are an employee advocate and are empowered to build your Team by identifying, hiring and developing the right people with help from Tim Hortons training systems. Ongoing coaching, evaluations, recognition and performance management are parts of your daily routine. You will develop our next generation of Tim Hortons leaders to fuel our continued growth.
Operational metrics and financial results are important for our continued success. You will have the resources and support to understand where you stand at all times, so you can make the right decisions. You are business manager with an ownership mentality, focused on clearly defined goals.
