Job Description
HVAC Project Manager in San Francisco Bay Area

This is a permanent position with extensive benefits package and career growth opportunities. We are a large Design-Build Mechanical Contractors that works on many of CA's biggest and best Plumbing and Mechanical Projects.
We are looking for an HVAC Project Manager with 5 or more years of Commercial HVAC Project experience with projects ranging in size from 200k to 30 million.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedule, budget, change-orders
  • Attend BIM Coordination meetings with General Contractors
  • Maintain relationship with Subs, GCs, and Owners
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
Preferred:
  • Local in Bay Area
  • Stable work-history
  • Currently working for mechanical contractor
  • Medium to Large Project experience
  • Knowledge working with MS Project, Quickpen, Excel, Navisworks, and BlueBeam
  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
