Overview: Our client is looking for motivatied Inside Sales Representatives. All of the client's sales reps start as Inside Sales Representative for the first 6 months. The Inside Sales Representative will not have a quota but will learn the industry and get paid $20 per list of medical equipment they bring in and $20 per meeting they set up with a hospital.

Hourly base will be $14 an hour +$20/SPIF

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing accounts by obtaining new orders and answering product questions.
  • Obtain new accounts through cold calls, inbound leads, and client referrals.
  • Continuously communicates with management by communicating daily call reports, work plans and sale updates.
  • Resolves and client complaints by investigating problems, finding solutions and involving management when necessary.
  • Build and maintains industry knowledge by utilizing all provided learning opportunities, such as: readings, workshops, email industry updates and professional publications.
  • Continuously contributes to team cohesiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of medical equipment and the relevant sales channels a plus.
  • 1+ years sales or related market/business experience or has completed a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone, in person and via e-mail.
  • Experience working with a CRM.
