Franklin Electric is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Junior Program Analyst Intern located at our corporate headquarters in Bluffton, Indiana. We are constructing a state-of-the-art, world headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana, approximately 20 miles north of Bluffton, which all personnel will relocate to during the summer of 2013.
As a Junior Program Analyst, you'll assist our Global Information Systems personnel in meeting project schedules and will receive direction and constructive feedback to assist you in achieving your goals as an Intern with Franklin Electric.

Skills and Abilities
• Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with other employees of the organization.
• Should possess outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Completes some moderately repetitive tasks.
• Uses noncomplex machines and equipment (adding machines, calculators, copy/fax machines, etc.).
Education and Experience
• Equivalent of four years of high school (required).
• Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institute seeking a degree (required).
Computer Skills
• Basic: Word processing/typing, spreadsheets, database, and electronic mail.
