An established and growing Heavy Civil/Marine Construction company is seeking a high quality and experienced Project Manager for work in the Tampa Region. Projects can include but are not limited to port work, marinas, seawalls, dredging and bridges in the government sector. You must have high ethical standards, self-motivated and a desire to grow within the company. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Management for Contractors course and 30 Hour OSHA Training preferred but not required. EEO & Drug Free Workplace. Benefit package available.
Full time position
15 years of construction or general industry experience, with a minimum of 6 years of marine construction work
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Project
Proficient in USACE QCS Program, and Timberline. Other related computer software knowledge is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Outstanding organizational skills
Experience in Federal and Government Projects, especially in US Army Corps of Engineers
Army Corps of Engineers Construction Management for Contractors Training and 30 Hour OSHA Training is preferred
A minimum of a Bachelor's. Engineering, Architectural, or Construction Management degrees preferred.
