The Outside Sales Rep (OSR) will focus on new business development by selling Alexander Lumber Co.'s (ALCO) full range of Building Materials products to customers and contractors in an assigned
territory. The OSR will be working with and selling to contractors by meeting with them, understanding their needs, and recommending a solution that helps the customer grow, reduce risk and relevant major sales benefits.
· Generating new revenue through closing sales by acquiring new business customers and
growing existing customers.
· Educate customers on ALCO’s product lines
in assigned territory.
· Design effective proposals and estimates, and respond in a timely manner to Requests
· Present the proposal and product demonstrations in a professional manner using the

· 2-5 years of outside sales experience.
· Experience in the Building Material’s industry.
· Experienced in cold calling and lead generation.
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
