A Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is a non-certified member of the home health care team who assists the client with the tasks of daily living as outlined in a written care plan that is established by a Registered Nurse, and is kept in the client’s home, as well as the ClearCare Scheduling System. PCA’s are supervised by an RN at HomeCare Transitions and receive scheduling direction from the agency staffing team.
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License
- A Social Security Card
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to work 20 or more hours a week
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Entry Level
- High School/GED
- Flexible hours
- Nights/weekends availabe
- Willing to train/training program
Case by case compensation paid biweekly
Continuous professional and clinical training
We are currently seeking for part-time employees located in the southwestern portion of Michigan.
Weekday shifts available (Mon-Fri) Days, Evenings, Overnights
Weekend shifts available (Sat-Sun) Days, Evenings, Overnights
