Job Description

We are looking for friendly, compassionate, talented, professional Physical Therapists who are organized and have amazing written and verbal communication skills. Your role will include the following:

•Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care. 
•Evaluating home environment and making recommendations for safety and adaptations.
•Directing physical therapy treatment, may include supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants.
•Communicating with patient, family members, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
•Being in tune with and appropriately reporting to physician patient’s response to treatment and/or changes in condition.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

1.Graduate of an accredited and approved physical therapy degree program .

2.Licensed to practice as physical therapist within the State of Arizona

3.Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Home health experience is preferred.

4.Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.

5.Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.

6.Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.

7.Fingerprint clearance card Competitive Salary based on experience.
