Description

Job Description
Duties include:
  • Assigning and coordinating work on a production line;
  • Overseeing most of the day to day operations of the group;
  • Assigning employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements;
  • Maintains the log and prepares daily time sheets, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports;
  • Inspecting the product to ensure production specifications are met;
  • Participating in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures.

EDUCATION: High School diploma required; post high school education is a plus.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience;
  • Must have experience supervising 80-100 employees;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
